By clicking on "New visit" or by selecting an existing visit you can create or modify a task type visit:

Fill in the various fields in a more timely manner, by referring to the section "New phone" ([New phone call|New phone call]) and bearing in mind that:

* You can select a second user that will participate in the visit in the field "Accompagnato by" clicking {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/face.PNG"/>}}: insert a possible search, click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/OK.PNG"/>}} key and select the user you can check availability {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/verifica disp utente.PNG"/>}} clicking; to remove the additional user click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/X red small.PNG"/>}}.
* create an activity type visit will automatically generate an appointment in the calendar ([Agenda|Agenda]); where it is canceled activity will be automatically deleted the appointment, and vice versa.
